District of Columbia, Waterfront Station
Location: 1100 and 1101 4th Street, SW, Washington, DC.
Role: Project Manager for McKissack and McKissack.
Project Description
This dynamic urban center is located in Southwest DC and is part of DC Waterfront Station, a mixed-use development. The work involved the interior fit-out of the twin towers to house departments of the DC Office of the Chief Financial Officer and the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs.
Master planning and core and shell of the buildings were designed by Shalom Baranes Associates.
The work involved programming of the spaces, concept development and contract document production.
