Role: Quality Control, Construction Admin, preliminary sketches and identification of center circle element, project tracking and budget monitoring.

Traffic Circle upgrade and redesign. Regrade of paving, full depth and partial depth structural repairs of concrete pavement. Waterproofing repairs, new landscaping, lighting, signage and site appurtenances.
Cost of Construction: $3.5 Million.
